Milí čtenáři, podívali jste se někdy po našem historickém městě pořádně na zem? Spočítali jste si někdy počet odpadkových košů v ulicích? V jakékoliv postranní ulici – nedej bože na sídlišti nebo v okrajovějších částech města – někdy nenajdete odpadkový koš v celé ulici! To se pak nedivme, že lidi hází odpadky na zem!
